My fiancé and I were driving around one day looking at houses for sale, we came across a house that wasn’t for sale but instead, it was for rent. We decided to call the number anyways and at the other end of the phone was Roger. . It was a good day for us that day. Since then, Roger has bent over backwards helping us find the perfect house. He has always made time to answer our questions and trust me, we had several hundred for him. If he didn’t know the answer, he always found out what we needed to know. He has shown us houses on weekends, week nights and even shown us the same house over and over again just so we could be sure, the house we were interested in, was the one for us. And to ensure all the work on the house was done prior to closing, when my fiancé and I couldn’t, he took the time to drive to St. Augustine and pick up the permit for us. How nice was that!!!! Now, if we could only get him to come help us paint our new house..lol Thanks Roger for making everything possible for us and lending a helping hand to ensure we closed right on time
